Truck Cleaning

Basic Concept :

Step1:

  • Trucks reverse in to cleaning bay, raise the cargo hold.
  • Operator or driver selects cleaning program, rinse or wash.
  • Program takes 5-15 minutes depending on selected program

Step2:

  • Media runs down cargo hold and into a trough. Media is then pumped off to a separator, solids removed, and media recycled

Equipment:

  • SC 30E water gun unit: Smart tank cleaning machine programmed to clean open top cargo holds, the unit sweeps back and forth across the floor of the pitched cargo hold, cleaning and removing the residue.
